I've aced a lot of the levels and not needed to be quick once.
You must be going for very different solutions!

lol ok let's replace 'often' with 'sometimes' I have only played the first chapter and a bit of the second. But there's been a couple of levels that I recall that required a bit of fast building. One to build a tower really high straight up and another to build sideways over a gap then up round saw blades. If I do those slowly then the goo falls apart. I'm rather thick though so there's probably better ways of doing it!
